19 Dutch is a new 63-story, fully glass-clad apartment tower with 8,100 square feet of retail space. Located four blocks east of the redeveloped World Trade Center, the project is highly accessible via numerous public transportation options. The recently opened underground walkway allows direct access to the subway station, WTC retail options, the PATH Terminal and the new Brookfield Place complex at Battery Park City. The 483 rental units include lofty ceilings, high-end appliances and finished oak floors with ceramic tile bathrooms.
