Eighth & Grand

Eighth & Grand is a mid-rise, luxury apartment building in downtown Los Angeles that encompasses 700 units and 50,000 square feet of retail. The project’s location offers access to many Los Angeles attractions including 7th Street restaurant row, LA Live Entertainment Center, the financial district, and arts and cultural centers. Whole Foods opened a flagship market in November, 2015, in the ground floor of Eighth & Grand using 42,000 square feet of the retail space. This flagship Whole Foods brought a market, restaurant, bar, and outdoor seating to downtown LA.

The project’s 700 units incorporate floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for greater natural light in the living space. The units also contain European-style cabinetry, polished concrete or wood laminate flooring, stainless-steel appliances, recessed down lights, and Italian porcelain tile in the bathrooms. The majority of the 700 units also have private balconies providing private open space.

Eighth & Grand offers residents an expansive amenity package. The lobby incorporates concierge services, a coffee bar and ample seating. The 5,000-square-foot gym offers a mezzanine level, private yoga studio providing a health club feel to the property. On the 7th floor, residents can enjoy a Sky Lounge offering unobstructed views of downtown Los Angeles and access to a rooftop pool. On the second floor, a 4,500-square-foot clubroom includes a demonstration kitchen, screening room, recreation room as well as access to two courtyards. The first Zen Courtyard provides outdoor BBQ areas, a garden, and space to relax. The Pool Courtyard includes a large pool, hot tub, and ample lounge seating to enjoy the warm LA weather.
